Year 2022 has been full of heartsickness for Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu. He lost his 3 close family members, his first brother then his mother, and now his father. At the very beginning of the year in January his brother Ramesh Babu died. Later in the late days of September, the actor suffered the misery of losing his mother. Today Mahesh is saddened by the death of his father Krishna who was also a Telugu superstar.
Telugu superstar Krishna passed away at the age of 79. The father of Mahesh Babu took his last breath in the early hours of 15th November. The reason behind his sudden demise is addressed as cardiac arrest. He was admitted to the Continental Hospital in Hyderabad on Monday after suffering cardiac arrest. The hospital reported Krishna Garu “expired in early hours of the morning at 4.09 AM”
Before the actor could get over the grief of his mother’s death he had to deal with the loss of his father. Mahesh Babu’s mother and late veteran Telugu actor Krishna’s wife Indira Devi died on September 28, 2022. She passed away at the age of 70 following a brief illness. In a span of two months, Mahesh Babu lost his parents.
At the start of this year, his actor brother Ramesh babu too died on 8th January. He died at the young age of 56 due to the effects of liver disease. Ramesh Babu was an actor and producer working predominantly in Telugu cinema. He established his production company Krishna Productions Private Ltd. named after his father.
Mahesh Babu is currently mourning the demise of father Ghattamaneni Siva Rama Krishna Murthy. Mahesh Babu and his family have issued an official statement on the superstar Krishna’s demise. The statement read, “It is with the deepest grief that we inform you of the passing of our dearest Krishna garu. He was a superstar in so many ways beyond the movie screen… guided by love, humility and compassion. He will live on through his work, through us, and the many lives he influenced. He loved us more than anything and we will miss him more with each passing day… but as they say, goodbyes aren’t forever. Until we meet again…,” signed off as “The Ghattamaneni Family”.
