Radhika Madan who recently featured in multi-starrer Kuttey (2023), has now begun working on her venture titled ‘Rumi Ki Sharafat’. The actress announced the commencement of the shoot by sharing her photo of holding the film’s clapboard.
Sharing the photo, she wrote, “The madness begins! Can’t wait for you guys to meet Rumi!
It seems, Radhika was in her character’s getup. The film will be helmed by Prashant Bhagia who began his career as an advertisement film director. He made his debut as a director for long format with Zee5’s web series ‘His Storyy (2021), which garnered a lot of critical acclaim.
Rumi Ki Sharafat will be produced by Dinesh Vijan under his production house Maddock Films. Manoj Kumar Khatri will be handling the camerawork for the film.
Meanwhile, Radhika had recently sparked a new controversy after her comment on the television industry for its long working hours and lack of freedom for actors to provide some creative input.
Radhika will be next seen in Kacchey Limbu which had its world premiere at 47th Toronto International Film Festival in September 2022. She will be seen sharing screen space with actor Vikrant Massey in the film.
