Asim Riaz gets a lot of love from Bigg Boss 13. The show’s audience loved his and actor Sidharth Shukla’s bond very much. Both were also excellent competitors when pitted against one another. However, Sidharth is no longer with us, and we are still shocked by that sorrow and miss the actor. Now recently Asim recalled his best friend and shared the bond with him.
In a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, Asim, who co-starred on Bigg Boss 13 with Sidharth Shukla, discussed his friendship with the late actor. He discussed how they got along in the house and off camera. Also, he made some surprising accusations against the producers of the show and said that it was fixed. When the two first entered the Bigg Boss house as pals, things quickly turned ugly. The emcee, Salman Khan, had to step in to break up their clashes. Their ambivalent relationship was widely discussed. Asim finished as the first runner-up, and Sidharth was presented with the season’s championship trophy. Asim says Sidharth came to him in his dreams. He stated, “Sidharth came in my dream, bro, I swear.” I knew it before it happened. I had a call from one of my cousins, Ruhaan, who called me up and said, “Usne mujhe bola bhai news on karna (he asked me to switch on the news); he didn’t tell me because he knows how emotional and sensitive I am.”
Asim recently disclosed that Sidharth was previously selected as the winner and that they executed a last-minute prank to prevent Asim from winning, which is once again generating news.
Note: Sidharth Shukla passed away on September 2, 2022. His big boss and 13 coworkers, including Asim, who sat on the crematorium stairs despite the torrential downpour looking absolutely broken, attended his funeral.
