Will Bianca Censori Be ARRESTED For Her ‘Nude’ Dressing At The 67th Grammy Awards? Here’s What The Law Says

Bianca Censori and Kanye West were reportedly expelled from the 67th Grammy Awards happening in Los Angeles the other day. Earlier in the evening, the controversial couple showed up at the event, despite having no invitation, and posed together on the red carpet. While Kanye wore a black outfit consisting of sneakers, pants, a t-shirt, and dark sunglasses, it was Bianca’s look that made shocking waves online.

As the two posed together,  Bianca slipped off her furry black coat to expose a see-through mesh outfit that flaunted every inch of her body. The pair was “escorted” off immediately of the premises, because they were supposedly not accepted to be a part of the event.

Will Bianca Censori Be Arrested?

Now that Bianca Censori chose to perform this bold move, the lady might have to end up facing its consequences behind the bars. Bianca might experience legal repercussions for her attire because, the California Penal Code 314(1) defines indecent exposure as “when a person exposes his or her naked body in front of anyone who could be annoyed or offended by it.”

As the Californina law states, if you are found guilty of the mentioned section or, indecent exposure, it means that you have “intentionally exposed your genitals or naked body; exposed yourself in front of someone who might be offended or annoyed by it; intended to direct attention to yourself; or intended to sexually gratify yourself or have offended someone else when by doing it.”

Although there comes only a penalty of $1,000 and / or a misdemeanor term of six months in a county jail for the first time offenders. But, the second time an individual commits the crime, they might be sentenced to a state jail for 10 years. 

Bianca Censori’s nude dress has sparked an online debate on whether such dressing for public events is acceptable or not. Fans called out on the humiliation level that the two caused  to the entire public they were surrounded with,  Meanwhile,  legal experts suggested that whether Bianca’s attempt to vulgar dressing crosses the line or not, would depend on the intent and context of the event, post which actions to be taken would be decided.
