After spectacular hits like Bad Newz and Animal, Tripti Dimri is now busy promoting her upcoming releases, ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ and ‘Bhool Bhulaiya 3’ this year. Now, latest news reveal of her next film in queue where she will be starring alongside one of the top actresses of the 90s.

As reported by peepingmoon, Tripti Dimri is now signed by Abundantia Entertainment for a new project. The Bad Newz actress will be performing alongside the OG star Madhuri Dixit, and the film is said to be directed by Suresh Triveni, a filmmaker known for the much-known Tumhari Sulu, and Jalsa. This movie will mark Tripti Dimri’s second project with Dixit. The two will soon be seen together in Bhool Bhulaiya 3, one of the highest anticipated horror-comedy of 2024. This time, it is going to be a comedy-drama with plenty of action, thriller sequences in it.
Superstar Madhuri Dixit will be paying the role of Tripti’s mom in the film, the title for which is yet to be decided. Major details are still kept under wraps. The actresses will be playing a mother-daughter duo and are signed by Vikram Malhotra’s production company to release it by March-April 2025. The outlet also revealed that the comedy drama wil be centering three characters, two of which will be Madhuri Dixit, and Tripti Dimri. The finalising of a male lead is yet to be done and none of the actors are in consideration so far.

Looking at the humongous success claimed by film Animal and the star performance given by Tripti, it looks like she is the current favorite of every director-producer. With the huge list of projects in 2024, the coming year can be a major success for Tripti Dimri. Before Bad Newz, the actress has previously worked in films like Bulbul, Qala, Laila-Majnu and Poster Boys.
