Tom Cruise Starrer Mission Impossible 7 To Restart Production Work In September

The shooting schedule of many films had to be called-off or postponed amid the coronavirus pandemic. The filming of Tom Cruise starring Mission Impossible 7 also was interrupted earlier this year. Meanwhile, the makers are planning to resume the production work in September.

Actor Simon Pegg who portrays Benji Dunn confirmed the news about restarting the production work of Mission Impossible 7. Simon said, “That will begin with the outdoor stuff.” He further added, “That feels fairly doable, and obviously there will be precautions put in place.”

Pegg also mentioned, “People that are involved in any close proximity stuff, it will have to be determined that they’re safe to do that. I don’t know what the testing situation is, how that works, or whether they’ll be able to be tested regularly.”

Paramount Pictures has postponed Mission Impossible 7, and it will now be released on July 21, 2021, originally it was scheduled for November 19, 2021. The follow-up Mission Impossible 8 will release on 4 November 2022, initially, it was scheduled for release on 5 August 2022.

Both the installment of the popular franchise will be directed by Christopher McQuarrie. He has previously directed 2015 film Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation and the 2018’s Mission Impossible: Fallout.

As per the reports, Tom Cruise was scheduled to shoot a few scenes for the film in Italy but the process had to stop given to the drastic rise in the patients of COVID-19 in Italy.

Tom Cruise portrays the role of Ethan Hunt in this massively popular franchise. Mission Impossible: Fallout was a huge success at the Box Office. Now the fans of the franchise are in anticipation of the sequels to see if they stick to the newly announced release dates.
