She took to her Instagram story and wrote, “I’ve been thinking a lot to speak about this even if this is not directed at me. This is wrong! The statement is so so wrong! We all do things, which according to others might not be ethical then why judge others? Also, I was just stumped reading ‘my wife sent me a nude photo of a girl’ wooohoo! #relationshipgoals”
For the unversed, singer, Rahul Vaidya recently shared a tweet on his social media as he wrote, “I saw a photo today on Instagram. My wife sent it to me. And mark my words “In the coming years people will start posting nudes in the name of fashion or trend”! Save this tweet for evidence. God bless us.” Even though the singer did not name anybody, it left netizens wondering if he was talking about Urfi Javed.
As soon as he posted the tweet it went viral and many netizens said that the singer might be hinting at the internet sensation Urfi Javed who sometimes posts semi-nude pics on social media. One of the users wrote, “He is talking about Urfi Who wears such clothes,” while another said, “Sachhii Sachhii btao aap Urfii Jawed ki Pic thi na ???”
Urfi Javed is a known bold attitude among her fans, though most of the time she manages to ridicule many celebrities of the B-town industry for her peculiar and sartorial picks. Many celebs like Kashmeera Shah have previously addressed this issue about the pictures that she uploads on social media, taking a dig at the actress she said, “These people are famous only on Instagram and nowhere else. I am making a career, I am busy making films which will bring some changes in the country and the world. People are making their career by just spotting here.”
While recently, on being asked about the tweet by Rahul Vaidya and it being directed towards her, the actress denied that Rahul was talking about her. She said, “Industry mere baap ki thodi hai.” When she was further asked whether she thinks people targeting her is right, she jokingly replied that ‘yes, it is right’.
Urfi Javed also appeared in Bigg Boss OTT after which the actress remained in the headlines for her sartorial choices of clothes she recently grabbed headlines for her mermaid look on the beach where Urfi got trolled and blamed for not wearing lingerie on the beach.
