TV Shows Can Begin Shooting By June End Under Strict Guideline

The coronavirus lockdown has been major boon for majority of people, be it common people or celebs, everyone is facing similar issue. Even TV channels have nothing new to telecast so everyone is re telecasting their old episodes. However, the news can be refreshing for many as TV shows will be able to start their shoot by end of June. Reportedly, Federation of Western India Cine Employees has issued strict guideline, which has to be followed by every maker. BN Tiwari, president, FWICE, says, “We hope to resume shoots, but with guidelines in place. For example, every worker will be given four masks per shift, along with social distancing and sanitisation being made compulsory. We will appoint a supervisor, who will be paid by the producer, on every set to ensure that the rules are followed.” However, Members above 60 years of age and pregnant women will not report to work for three and four months, respectively, but have to be paid their full salary. FWICE has already started preparation, on how to wear a mask and use sanitizer. They’ll also ensure that everyone follows all the protocol; an inspector will be available on the sets.
