TV Actor Imran Nazir Khan Files Fraud Case Against Fake Celebrity Management Company

TV actor and social media star Imran Nazir Khan has filed an FIR against Sansaa Entertainment under IPC Sec 420.

Popular TV actor and social media influencer Imran Nazir Khan has filed an FIR against a talent management firm called “Sansaa Entertainment”. He has accused the firm of fraud while making a written complaint at the Oshiwara police station.

In an exclusive conversation with Lehren, Imran Nazir Khan told that his name and social media popularity was fraudulently used by the celebrity management company for their own promotional purposes. According to the information, Imran along with many other artists was approached by Sansaa Entertainment. The company offered to give work in video albums and product branding. Sansaa Entertainment is a talent management and music production company. It is owned by Sukant Choudhary. Imran told that Sukant and his firm promise paid work in terms of branding or music videos to the artists and later dupe them.

Imran has accused the company of taking his social media presence and popularity as leverage to promote their business. Imran told Lehren, “They offered me paid brand endorsements and also promised a few video albums. I took the offer and they took advantage of me by promoting their own company by putting up the company logo and asking me to give them shoutouts on social media. However, I was paid nothing.”

“Sukant Choudhary had narrated me two songs and promised to cast me. Later, I found out that he had made the same promise to dozens of artists for the same two songs,” he further told.

Imran revealed that the company has duped many other artists and influencers in the same manner. And therefore, Imran along with 9 popular social media influencers have filed an FIR against the alleged fraud. Actor Anjali Kapoor has also confirmed that she too has been duped by this company.

Shanaya Khan, a social media influencer reveals that Sukant had asked her to send a test video but they rejected it a few days later. Later, it was found that the company had uploaded Shanaya’s video on social media without paying her a penny.

With these revelations, it is evident that the said company takes advantage of the artists and their fanbase for their own gain by refusing to fulfill their promises and paying the artists their due money.

The FIR has been filed under IPC sections 420 and 406. Imran says, “I hope timely action is taken against these fraudsters.”

Imran Nazir Khan is known for his work in shows like Gathbandan, Humari Bahu Silk, Porus and Maryam Khan Reporting Live. He currently enjoys over 1 lakh followers on Instagram with an impressive engagement rate.
