Tunisha Sharma’s Mother Sent A Legal Notice To The Channel For Roping Sheezan Khan

Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 makers are in trouble as late actress Tunisha Sharma's mother sent a legal notice to the channel for roping Sheezan Khan.

After almost four months, television actor Sheezan Khan is back on his regular routine after the death of his Alibaba: Dastaan-E-Kabul co-star Tunisha Sharma. He was acquitted from jail in the last month, and a few days later he also got permission to travel abroad as he will be next seen in Rohit Shetty’s reality stunt show Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. But right now we cannot confirm anything because, before the start of the show, the Sheezan and Colours TV channel had come into trouble.

Tunisha Sharma’s mother had shown her displeasure after hearing the news that he was going to be a part of the show. As per the latest report, her mother, Vanita, sent a legal notice to the channel and Endemol for roping in Sheezan. In the report, she stated that Channel has done wrong.

According to reports, the actor has been charged under Section 306 of the IPC, and the police filed a 524-page chargesheet against him. Tunisha’s mother alleged that a person like Sheezan should not get a big platform like the KKK, as it would give out the wrong message.

After the court gave a decision that Sheezan can travel abroad, his lawyer, Shailendra Mishra, gave information about this and said that his client is being framed by the prosecution. Speaking to The Indian Express, his lawyer said, “We are thankful to the court because our application has been allowed; now Sheezan can travel abroad for Khatron Ke Khiladi.” He said he was surprised by the arguments of the campaign side, as their answers and arguments supported our case, and their attempt to mislead the court was also thwarted at the threshold.
