Fitness Buff Tripat Singh’s Advice For Shanmukhapriya On Indian Idol 12

Explaining his fitness mantra on Indian Idol 12, Tripat Singh said, “To be fit is an important aspect of our life and well-being, it gives us mental peace."

The upcoming weekend episode of Sony Entertainment Television’s Indian Idol Season 12 will be a treat for the viewers as well-known singer Sonu Kakkar will be gracing the show. The episode will be a special one called India ki Farmaish where the guests coming on the show will have a ‘Farmayish’ of a song and the contestants will be seen fulfilling their requests.

On the request of well-known fitness buff Tripat Singh, contestant Shanmukhapriya sang Darling Ankhon se Ankhen Char Karne Do which was loved by everyone. To further motivate Shanmukhapriya, Tripat Singh joined Shanmukha Priya on the stage and showcased some of his power fitness moves.

Explaining his fitness mantra, Tripat Singh said, “To be fit is an important aspect of our life and well-being, it gives us mental peace. I really admire Shanmukha’s voice. She has also had her share of ups and downs but she has never let her failures define her and always fought back. Now, that is inspiring!”

Post receiving such a positive feedback from Tripat Singh, Shanmukha Priya said, “It is an honor to perform in front of such esteemed judges and guests. I feel so encouraged by the words of Tripat Sir. He is an inspiration for all youngsters including me, I feel grateful to have gotten the opportunity to sing for him.”
