The Real Reason Why Sunil Grover Agreed To Do Web-Series Tandav

In a recent interview, Sunil Grover revealed the real reason why he agreed to do web-series Tandav.

We all are super excited for the upcoming web-series Tandav that will start streaming on Amazon Prime from 15th January. This political drama stars Saif Ali Khan, Dimple Kapadia and Sunil Grover in pivotal roles.

In the show, Sunil Grover will be seen playing the right hand to Saif’s character. Sunil who has always made us laugh with his quirky characters would be playing a rather serious role in this one.

In a recent interview, Sunil Grover told why he said yes to this role. He said, “I was told I will have to wear men’s clothes and play a character who stays a man throughout. So I agreed, let’s do it.”

Well, Sunil Grover is popularly known for his character Gutthi that he played on The Kapil Sharma Show. And let us all agree to the fact that no one can play a woman better than him. Now, the offer of a man’s character really temped Sunil. Moreover, he now says that he will focus more on films instead of TV.

We now can’t wait to watch the upcoming web-series Tandav.
