Stunning TV actress Vaishali Takkar has won hearts of fans and audiences with her strong performances in popular serials like Sasural Simar Ka (SSK, Colors TV, 2011 – 2018), and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and also created a permanent niche for herself in tinsel town and this news will make fans happy that SSK fame Vaishali Takkar delays her wedding to next year.

Vaishali was initially all set for flying out to Uganda for her wedding ceremony in the coming months but now she has postponed her wedding plans for all noble reasons and the reason for this is that she is currently actively volunteering in helping out people who are in need during this ongoing COVID 19 second wave pandemic and not only this, but she has also joined her hands with a student group (Students Helping Hands) officially where is she engrossed in providing food and medical help to poor people.

In her latest interview with a leading digital entertainment portal off late, speaking about same, Vaishali said, “Times are really tough outside and looking at the ongoing situation I felt getting married is not a good idea. There are people who need our help and support in this crucial time. People are hungry out there and don’t have food to eat. Also, not getting a proper medication. So I have decided to work towards that meanwhile”.

Also sharing about how since past week she is actively helping the team, Vaishali shares, “I found them on Instagram and now it’s been a week that I am actively volunteering in providing food to the people who sleep on footpaths. Rations to those who have no income to afford basic groceries. We as a team are making sure to give two meals and fruits to the people who have no homes and staying on the streets of Indore. We are also taking care of those who are in need of Blood, plasma, oxygen, clothes and basically anything required to anyone genuinely”.

Also revealing about how she wants to continue doing social work, she added, “I look forward to doing this forever now as it has given my life a new purpose . It gives me immense pleasure and honour to be a social worker and covid warrior. I have also made a vlog of it so that we can seek support from more people to help these causes”.
