Are you the 90s kid who grew up watching Shararat during your teens? If yes, then we know your hearts will be filled with joy to see the Shararat cast reuniting in 2023. Karanvir Bohra, Shruti Seth, Simple Kaul, Aditi Malik and Harsh Vashisht gathered for lunch in Andheri.
Karanvir Bohra and Simple Kaul twinned in white outfits while Shruti Seth wore a black overcoat and tied her hair in a pony tail. Harsh looked vibrant as ever in plain yellow T-Shirt. Aditi looked cute in blue sweatshirt. The actors had red roses in their hands as today is the Rose Day (first day of Valentine’s week).
They sang, grooved and gossiped while posing for the paparazzi outside a restaurant in Mumbai. Aditi said, “Sharam karo, bacche ho gaye hain humaare.” To this, Karanvir replied, “Maa tu bani hogi, mai abhi bhi ek young cool dad hoon.”
While interacting with the media, Simple Kaul said, “We were planning to meet for very long time.”
Commenting on the reunion, Harsh said, “We want Shararat season 2.”
Shruti added, “We have met for all those people who grew up watching us.”
Karanvir told the media, “I am happy that it still airs on Disney+Hotstar. My kids watch it now. That’s the new audience. So, my target audience is now 6-16.”
The entire Shararat cast also recited that famous “Shring Bhring Sarvaling” dialogue while missing their Nani (played by Farida Jalal).
Shararat – Thoda Jaadu, Thodi Nazaakat is a fantasy sitcom which aired on Star Plus from 2003 to 2006.
