Rashami Desai Reveals Being Brought Up By A Single Mother Didn’t Come Very Easy

Rashami Desai is currently one of the small screen actor but before that she was a prominent figure in the Bhojpuri industry. To reach this level Rashami has gone through so much of hardship and struggle. In an recent interview, the Dil Se Dil Dak actor recalls how being brought up by a single mother didn’t come very easy also how they couldn’t afford her dance class fees back in the day. Talking to a news portal Rashami and her mother, made a lot of revelations, “I started with Bharatnatyam and I was shifted to Bollywood dance in the third year. I never told my mom I wanted to be an actor. In fact, earlier I wanted to become a choreographer like Saroj Khan or an air hostess. But the choices that came my way, I looked at it as an opportunity. My mom supported me throughout,” Her mother further stated that she had to change her name after taking advice from an astrologer. Her old name Shivani might have created issue as she was the first one in their family to enter the entertainment world; their family was very educated and did not think of acting as a career.
