Popular actor Rajesh Shringarpure who essays the lead role of legendary noble subhedaar ‘Malhar Rao Holkar’ in Sony Entertainment Television’s period drama ‘Punyashlok Ahilyabai’ has garnered massive fan following over the years, thanks to his brooding looks, exceptional acting skills and effortless charm. Sharing more on the same, Rajesh Shringarpure shares, “For me, fitness means being flexible, strong, and having the strength and stamina, so that I can give my 100% throughout the day. I believe it takes sheer discipline and dedication when it comes health and living our best life. To play Malhar Rao, I am expected to have a muscular and strong look, for which I do weight-lifts at least three to four times a week and on the other days, I engage in rigorous cardio exercises. I also practice intermittent fasting and only consume home-cooked food. Additionally, I make sure I complete at least 10K steps everyday as it helps me to not lead a sedentary lifestyle. That being said, health is bio-individual, so while it’s great to get inspired but we shouldn’t forget to identify what works best for our respective body type and follow that religiously.”
