Physical exercise and regulated diet is a part of an actor’s life. In order to stay in good shape and look fabulous on-screen, they put in a lot of effort. Actress Karishma Tanna, who is back from her vacation in Goa has resumed her normal routine which includes yoga.
Those who follow Karishma on Instagram would know how dedicated she is when it comes to her daily exercise and yoga. She often posts pictures and videos from gym and gives us a sneak peek into her healthy lifestyle.
Currently, Karishma is learning ‘Astavakrasana’ also known as eight angle pose. It involves hand balance with a lateral twist. As Karishma tried the new asana, she lost her balance and fell to the ground. However, her instructor supported her.
Sharing a video, Karishma wrote, “Try try till u succeed. Koi baat nahi. Kal phir try karenge. Yoga se hi hoga. It’s not always a cake walk. Struggle is constant. Kya samjhe ?? #astavakrasana”
On Dec 21, Karishma celebrated her 38th birthday with her boyfriend Varun Bangera in Goa. After returning from her romantic vacation, Karishma shared her workout video on Instagram and wrote in the caption, “This December, I have eaten, socialised, cheated and lost all my muscles and stamina. But I am happy about it cz I loved taking a break and living my life. The fun of building muscles all over again is a different high. The fun of getting back in shape excites me. This is a message to all. Live ur life but come back to a healthy life. Workout, yoga, walking should be a part of our regular life. Let’s try achieving it in the New Year.”
Karishma made her debut with Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi in 2001. She has also participated in reality shows like Nach Baliye 7, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9 and Khatron Ke Khiladi 10.
