MasterChef India 7 Judges Get Trolled For Putting Winning Team In Dangerous Elimination

MasterChef judges face harsh criticism due to their decisions Netizens spare no one, whether it be Ranveer Brar, Garima Arora, or Vikas Khanna.

MasterChef season 7 is all set for its grand finale. Fans are waiting to see their favorite contestant take home the trophy. Homemaker Kamaldeep Kaur of Ludhiana won the inaugural MasterChef India season 7 final in a recent show. Aruna Vijay, Santa Sarmah, Gurkirat Singh, Sachin Khatwani, Suvarna Bagul, and Nayanjyoti Saikia are the other six participants in this show in addition to her. To advance to the show’s finals, these seven candidates are competing with one another. One of them will be crowned MasterChef India season 7 champion. However, apart from their favorite contestant, the audience’s eyes are also on the judges because of their prejudice.

The MasterChef judges face harsh criticism due to their decisions. Netizens spared no one. The judges are also receiving flak for assigning Suvarna, Sachin, and Santa of the blue team—who won the team challenge—to the black apron job. A select group of people rushed to social media to criticize the judges after becoming upset with them about the situation.

In the most recent show, all the participants were put to the test in a game called “Triple Challenge,” based on three criteria: presentation, innovation, and taste. Even though the blue team’s members won the team task, they were still assigned the black apron, putting them in the same danger of being eliminated as the other contestants.

Showing the disappointment, one user wrote, “When Gulkeerat won a challenge, all members got 10 minutes i.e., 10*3=30 minutes advantage as team but when Suvarna Ji’s entire team won, each member just got 5 minutes, and that too when it wasn’t team challenge. The look of disappointment on their faces when they got just 5 minutes after winning a team challenge! Not to forget black apron. Very disappointing.”

Another user wrote, “This episode was biased blue team won yesterday and technically they should be safe and pink team only should be facing the elimination it’s not the right way to judge a show being biased , not the master chef the country wants.”

One more user wrote, “Usually the team which wins, is safe from the black apron round. Why was the rule changed when the blue team won the challenge. Is it because they did not want anybody from the pink team to be eliminated this week. Grave injustice to the blue team. I will be surprised if Sachin is not eliminated this week, however well he performs. Never in the history of MasterChef have we seen anything like this. How easily KDK went to the finals.”

MasterChef India 7, judged by Vikas Khanna, Garima Arora, and Ranveer Brar, debuted on January 2 and airs Monday through Friday at 9 p.m. on Sony TV. New episodes of MasterChef India season 7 will begin streaming at 9 p.m. on Sony’s digital platform, Sony LIV.
