With just a few hours left to the finale of Kangana Ranaut’s reality show Lock Upp, comedian Munawar Faruqui has been grabbing the attention with his major fan base on social media which has contributed hugely in trending the comedian over the internet. Surpassing Prince Narula and Payal Rohatgi, Munawar has attained the highest number of votes in our official polls.
The comedian has created a buzz over the internet ever since he came into the reality show lockupp. From his jaw-dropping to emotional revelations the comedian grabbed the headlines every now and then. But that’s not it, as his funny and competitive side successfully pursued the hearts of his fans who made him the most trending contestant in the show.
Munawar Faruqui outshines in the poll for Lock Upp Finale:
Not only the social media but in the official polls of Lehren, Munawar surpassed the expected votes leaving behind Bigg Boss winner Prince Narula, and Payal Rohtagi. As per the poll, Munawar has received 86.9% of the votes, following him is Payal Rohatgi with 10.1% votes, and Prince and Shivam in the row.
Before entering the show Munawar mentioned that this is going to be a very different experience for him which could be out of his comfort zone. With his traumatic childhood revelations, controversial statements and his smart play in the game the contestant made it to the finale with the highest number of votes. Though the comedian had several breakdown moments in the show while revealing his past to experiencing betrayal from his friends, but surely his fans made him bring his game to the finale.
Lock Upp Finale: The show will witness its grand finale today (May 07) at 10:30 pm. It will be streamed on ALTBalaji and MX Player. The former contestants and finalists will give special performances and a few guests will also grace the show.
