The late iconic stalwart has given us countless hit films and also one of first actors to receive a Filmfare award. In his illustrious and prolonged bollywood career, Dilip Kumar has achieved milestones which have made the nation and the Indian Cinema proud.
We all know how the legendary actor who was not feeling well for the past few days and was admitted in the Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai, took his last breath this morning and post his demise everyone got to know about how he had gotten prostate cancer which had spread in other parts of his body as well. While fans and industry stalwarts sent their condolence messages, actor Karanvir Sharma shared a beautiful picture alongside Dilip Kumar.
In Karanvir Sharma’s recent exclusive interview byte with a leading digital entertainment portal, opening up on same, he said, “I remember the first time I met Dilip Kumar sir, he was a complete joy. The kind of aura that he had, people automatically used to go to him. I remember him saying when I asked him why he liked me he said, ‘Insaan Ki Parchayi, Insaan Ke Dus Kadam Aage Hoti hai.’ That sentence portrayed what a gem he was. He lived a life which will be forever remembered”.
Furthermore, he also added, “My condolences are with the entire family, especially Saira Ma’am. Both were the epitome of love. We lost a legend today but I will truly cherish each and every moment spent with him. Rest in paradise legend”.
Taking to his social media handle on Instagram, he posted a picture with late legend wherein his heartfelt caption read, “Dilip sir. I’m truly going to miss you and always remember and cherish your advice. “इंसान की परछाई, हमेशा इंसान से 10 कदम आगे होती है।”
