The nation is mourning the demise of legendary singer and music composer Bappi Lahiri. He passed away at the age of 69 due to multiple health issues. The singer made his last public appearance on Salman Khan’s reality show ‘Bigg Boss 15’ to promote the launch of his grandson Swastik’s new song, ‘Baccha Party’.
Bappi Lahiri was seen visiting Bigg Boss 15 house on October 17 as Salman Khan gave him a warm welcome.
On Bappi Lahiri’s death, Bigg Boss 15 contestant Karan Kundrra recalls his visit to the show. Karan wrote on Twitter, “Saddened and shocked.. you’re a legend dada.. you gave us so much love and positivity when you came to the BB house.. can’t believe Om Shanti.”
Karan Kundrra’s girlfriend and Bigg Boss 15 winner Tejasswi Prakash also paid her condolences to the late singer. She tweeted, “Rest in peace Bappi Da! To the end of an era… We all grew up listening and grooving to your songs. You will forever be remembered. Om Shanti.”
Several other celebs from Bollywood and Television industry have also penned condolence messages on Twitter.
