JD Majethia Reveals There’ll Be No Wedding, Festival, Crowd Sequences In TV Shows

Yesterday TV fraternity held a meeting with Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray to discuss how to resume shoots for the TV show. Just like film, TV industry is having a worst time. Recently, became the first actor to resume the shoot with R Balki. Producer JD Majethia along with several prominent producers has requested CM to allow them to kickstart shooting with strict guidelines. Post their meeting with CM, JD Majethia, revealed that it will take some time for all the production houses to begin work, they might start working by end of the June, he said, “We have spoken to Government and first the sets will be visited by them and they will check if they are away from the civilisation. It is going to take time, everything will be checked, then if necessary people will be quarantined, it is a long a process. First we wrote scripts and arranged things, but now scripts will be written keeping the situation in mind. There will be no wedding, festival, crowd sequences, and large action sequences. We can’t shoot these situations. We can’t shoot hug, kiss, and intimate scenes. Our life is not going to be that easy.” CM Uddhav Thackeray has also stated that show makers can’t shoot outside the state of Maharashtra. However, it’s going be big task to resume shoots as maximum number of workers have shifted to their hometown.
