It’s Official! Karan Patel roped in to play Mr. Bajaj

After months of speculations and debate we finally know who’ll take over Mr. Bajaj’s role after Karan Singh Grover’s exit. Recently there reports about Gaurav Chopra and Sharad Kelkar being approached for the show, even Gaurav hinted that he might be finalised for the role but now a source close to the show has confirmed that Its Karan Patel who’ll Don the salt and pepper look of infamous Mr. Bajaj. Karan who was last in Yeh Hain Mohabbatein is excited to play the character, in an interview he even revealed that he was part of the original show, “I look forward to playing Mr Bajaj and we begin to shoot next week it’s going to be fun in many ways, to begin with, shooting post almost 3 months and most importantly the fact that I played the role of Mr Bajajs sons friend in the original and now helming the show as Mr Bajaj…life comes a full circle doesn’t it.” There were reports about Karan returning on the show as Mr. Bajaj but recently the actor opted out as he’s highly concerned about his health due to the global pandemic. Now It will be interesting to witness Karan Patel’s new journey as Mr.Bajaj.
