Saath Nibhana Saathiya actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee recently tied the knot with her boyfriend and gym trainer Shahnawaz Sheikh. The actress took everyone by surprise after she uploaded pictures from her wedding on her social media. Meanwhile, as per the latest reports, it is now believed that Devoleena’s brother isn’t happy with her marriage as just days after her marriage her brother Andeep shared a cryptic post on his Instagram, here’s what he wrote-
Taking to his Instagram, Devoleena’s brother Andeep Bhattacharjee wrote, “Self-absorbed people only think about what makes them feel good at the moment. They don’t have any respect or regard for anyone else. Then they wonder why their relationships fail.”
Reacting to his post many netizens and social media users supported Devoleena’s brother calling him “brave”. A user commented, “Brave guy. It needs guts to publicly disown one of your own. May almighty Maa kaali always bless and protect you and your parents big bro,”. Another comment read, “Feel for ur family man…u and ur family seems to be religious buy what have ur sister done it…?? She is totally brainwashed.”
On the other hand, a segment of netizens slammed and trolled Devoleena over “love jihad”. A user wrote, “Good to know that your son will be a peace-loving creature which you highlighted yourself once. Ola hu Uber Leena BiBi.” Reacting to this Devoleena tweeted, “Whether my babies will be Hindu or Muslim aap kaun ? Aur itni jab apko baccho ko lekar chinta ho hi rahi hai bohot saare anaath ashrams hai, jaaiye adopt kijiye aur apne hisaab se dharm or naam decide kijiye. Mera pati, mera baccha, mera dharm, mere rules. Aap kaun? #toxic”.
Devoleena Bhattacharjee-Shahnawaz Sheikh’s Marriage
It is believed that Devoleena’s marriage ceremony took place in Lonavala. Devoleena and Shahnawaz’s wedding was a close-knit affair and very few close friends and celebs including Vishal Singh and Bhavini Purohit were invited to the wedding of the actress. The couple has reportedly registered for the wedding beforehand.
