Gurmeet Chaudhary Reveals How Ramayan Was The Turning Point Of His Life

Gurmeet Choudhary who shot to fame after portraying Lord Ram in Imagine TV’s Ramayan is thankful because the mythological show helped him bag his first Bollywood project. His show is currently being re telecasted on Dangal TV and sharing his exciting the actor revealed people actually used to touch his feet and at that time. Now talking to a news portal, Gurmeet revealed how playing the role of Ram was the turning point of his life, he said, “Today if I am a successful actor it is all because of my first show Ramayan. The show has helped me bag my first Bollywood film, Khamoshiyan. It was Mukesh Bhatt’s wife, Nilima Bhatt, who first spotted me on television while I was playing the role of Lord Ram. I am forever grateful to Ramayan for making me who I am today. Had I not played this role, I would have never become an actor.” Post Ramayan, Gurmeet went on to do shows such as Geet – Hui Sabse Parai and Punar Vivah, but Ramayan was the show which helped him move forward in his acting career.
