Sets Of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Destroyed In Fire Accident

Fire breaks out on sets of Neil Bhatt and Aishwarya Sharma starrer Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin.

The sets of Star Plus show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has been severely damaged as it caught fire on March 10. As per certain reports, a fire sequence was being shot and due to an alleged lapse in safety, the fire spread, destroying the set located in Goregaon Film City.

As per a report of India Today, about 2000 people were present at the location where the incident happened. It also includes children, who work as actors on the show.

Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin features Neil Bhatt, Aishwarya Sharma and Ayesha Singh in the lead roles. It is produced by Cockcrow Pictures and Shaika Films. Hours after the accident, the producers issued a statement that reads, “The members of the cast and crew of Ghum Kisikey Pyaar Meiin are safe and unharmed by the unfortunate fire incident at the set today. We are taking all the necessary steps to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being. While we will set up an enquiry to go to the root cause of the fire, or focus is also to work towards providing continuity and keeping the viewers engaged.”

The lead actors shared this statement in their Instagram story with folded hands emoji.

Meanwhile, Suresh Shyamlal Gupta, the head of the All Indian Cine Workers Association,  demanded that an FIR be registered against Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’s producers, channel, and production house. He even said that an investigation should be started against the Film City’s director.
