It is believed that there’s nothing like a new haircut to make you feel confident and beautiful! Walking along the same lines, actress Farhana Fatema who essays the role of Shanti Mishra in &TV’s Aur Bhai Kya Chal Raha Hai? The upcoming track will feature her in a short hairdo.
Excited to sport a bob cut, Farhana Fatema (Shanti Mishra) shares, “I have always loved experimenting with my hair, no matter how long or short they get, I keep trying something or other. When you get into a character, you need to maintain a certain hairstyle. However, in my show Aur Bhai Kya Chal Raha Hai?, there is always something new and exciting on offer. The latest being with the hairdo! The upcoming storyline is around a Chotti Chor, where we sport a short hairstyle. So for this, I was given a Bob cut wig, and since then, it has become my favourite look. And everyone seems to love this new look of mine. But the biggest compliment that I received was that it reminds them of my favourite actor, Anushka Sharma! It so happened that during the look test, someone in the unit pointed out how this hairstyle is twinning with Anushka’s short hair look. That’s when I realized that it indeed did! I was ecstatic and jumped with joy.”
She added, “Anushka is undoubtedly one of the finest actors in Bollywood and my absolute favourite! The way she carries herself and her style statement are quite graceful. There is no better feeling than being compared to your favourite star. I clicked many pictures and shot several reels for my social media, which also got I am just excited to be my final look on the television screen once the track goes on air.”
