Disha Vakani and Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltaah Chashmah are the latest talk of the town. While Disha’s entry in the show is almost confirmed, various other reports state that she might not make a comeback.
Now, her husband Mayur Padia has come forward and spoke about her comeback. While interacting with a leading daily he said “She has shot for a portion of the episode, but our talks with the makers still remain unresolved. So, she’ll not return to the show for good. We’re hoping that we reach an amicable solution.”
There were also reports that Disha was asking for a 200 % hike in her fees which the makers denied. The actress will be seen as part of a Navratri special episode for a few minutes, and the makers are doing their best to cash in on it by releasing one promo after another.
It has been two years since the actress is missing from the show. Disha took a sabbatical post her daughter Stuti’s birth and now that she will turn two, Disha might think of rekindling her work. Disha wants to strike a balance between her work and her home and will work on certain conditions. Further updates are awaited on the same.
