Eversince Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray gave permission to resume tv serials shoot, all the show makers are excited and gearing up to kickstart the pending work which were left off due to coronavirus lockdown. Barrister Babu which received great TRP and fan following is currently in hunt for grown up Bondita. Aura Bhatnagar who is an 8-year-old gir played the character of Bondita Das will be replaced by an older actor, According to new rules set by Maharashtra government, no children will be allowed on the set for precautionary measures and hence the makers are forced to take an age leap. According to sources close to the production, the makers are doing the casting calls and Devoleena has been approached. Makers are looking for someone who has a Bengali touch and a mischievous personality and Devoleena fits the bill. However, nothing has been finalised yet. Now that makers are forced to take a leap to move the story ahead, it’ll be really interesting see how Devoleena will pull off this character, but we’re sure, it’s going to be a treat to watch Devoleena play such amazing character.
