Shilpa Shinde-Paras Kalnawat Among Others To Participate In Jhalak Dikhla Jaa
The much-loved reality dance show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa has currently made quite some buzz among its viewers after Paras Kalnawat left the show Anupama for the dance show. While a few other names from the industry have now risen up in the headlines and are rumored to be a part of the dance show this year.
Meanwhile, the show will be judged by Filmmaker Karan Johar, actress Madhuri Dixit, and Nora Fatehi this year. Here’s a list of actors who will appear in the dance reality show this year-
Paras Kalnawat
Anupama fame actor Paras Kalnawat recently confirmed his entry in the reality dance show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa after the actor was ousted from serial Anupama over the breach of contract. In an interview with Bombay Times Paras said, “I am looking forward to my new journey on Jhalak … But the fact is that I hadn’t signed Jhalak when the news came out in the media. But the makers felt that I did not inform them before giving a nod to the dance reality show. I can understand their point of view that I should have taken their permission or consulted them before considering the Jhalak… offer.”
Shilpa Shinde
Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai actress Shilpa Shinde is also one of the rumored contestants to participate in Jhalak this year. The actress revealed in a press statement, “Bigg Boss was a milestone in my career, and I hope that Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa will also be a great experience for me. My fans eagerly anticipated my return to television after my stint on Bigg Boss, and they are the reason why I am doing this show. I know that they will be excited to see me back on television and what better show to entertain them than Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. I am a non-dancer and performing in front of an audience is something that I am looking forward to. This is a big platform and I hope that I live up to the expectations of my fans and entertain them till the end of the show.”
Amruta Khanvilkar
Chandramukhi actress Amruta Khanvilkar recently confirmed to IANS about her participation in the show and said, “I am super ecstatic to be a part of the 10th season of India’s most loved dance reality show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Ja’ as it was always in my bucket list. I love dancing. In fact, I breathe dance and it’s going to be a different kind of experience altogether to perform in front of my absolute favourite actor and icon Madhuri Dixit. I am looking forward to learning new dance forms like bachata and impress the judges.”
Apart from them, actress Nia Sharma who recently appeared in Khatron Ke Khiladi in 2020, Ishqbaaz fame actress Niti Taylor, Ali Asgar, singer Tony Kakkar and Dheeraj Dhoopar are yet to confirm their participation in the show.
