Bikramjeet Kanwarpal was one of the most iconic and popular faces of television industry who hade also made a mark for himself in the highly competitve bollywood film industry as well by proving his mettle as as a versatile star who can pull off any kind off diverse and unconventional characters quite flawlessly.
He was admitted in Seven Hills Hospital in Mumbai and was 52 years old. He died by battling the deadly COVID 19 disease and took his last breath there. His untimely and totally unexpected death has come in as a hge shock and irreparable loss for both the film and TV fraternity who are also mourning his loss and also as a baffling shock to a lot of people including his neighbour and iconic TV starlet Pooja Gor who is currently seen playing role of Pratigya in producer Rajan Shahi’s hit serial Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya 2 that is airing on Star Bharat.
In her recent interview with a leading digital entertainmet portal, opening up on her shock of the same, Pooja Gor was quoted saying, “I am numb. I don’t know how to react to this. I still cannot process this news. He was my neighbour for 10 years and we worked together on Shrikant Bashir too. He was my family in this city. And now he is no more, I still cannot believe it”.
Major Bikramjeet Kanwarpal was last seen in Disney Hotstar web series Special OPS, had also starred in films like Page 3, Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year, Aarakshan, Murder 2, 2 States, The Ghazi Attack, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Jab Tak Hai Jaan among others. Along with that he also worked in a lot of shows in the television space and was last seen in Tenali Rama.
