Comedy queen Bharti Singh has been breaking myths and stereotypes revolving around pregnancy. Even at her last stage of pregnancy, she kept working and refused to take maternity leave. She worked till the very last day before being admitted to the hospital for delivery. People on set even joked that she might deliver the baby on stage.
In April, she embraced motherhood for the first time as she delivered a baby boy. It’s been only 12 days since the baby was born and Bharti has already returned to work.
We all know that a women’s body goes through rigorous pain and transformation during pregnancy and childbirth. But it hasn’t become an obstacle for Bharti who loves being in front of the camera. As she was papped on the sets of the reality show ‘Hunarbaaz’, she said, “Today I cried a lot. The baby is just 12 days old but Kaam to kaam hota hai na (Work is work).”
They say that ‘Work is worship’ and our beloved Bharti has proved it in a true sense.

A few days ago, when Bharti Singh’s husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa was spotted in Film City, he had said, “Bharti is healthy and strong. She kept shooting till the last day of her pregnancy, so I am sure she will be back quickly because she likes being on set.”
Talking about the newborn, Haarsh added, “I feel so good. The baby is good and healthy. He keeps us awake at nights. But it is okay. We are enjoying it. People used to tell me that parenthood is a different feeling altogether. But I am understanding it now. It is actually a very different feeling. Just looking at the baby feels like meditation. I just keep staring at him for half an hour. Because when you look at the baby, you don’t think about the rest of the world.”
Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa got married in Goa on December 3, 2017.
