Aditi has been an explicit speaker who never minds speaking out her mind. Neither does she holdbacks her expressions. Being a bindass girl, she is the first to enter the world of stand-up comedy.

Her journey can be dated back in 2009 with the Comedy Store's Indians-Only stand up comedy show title 'Local Heroes'.

She brings out the humor in the acts using two alter egos- a psychologist and sexologist doctor Mrs. Latchuke and Bollywood actress Dolly Khurana.

After 10 years of her journey with the comedy genre, she is a well-established name at Canvas laugh Factory. She can talk about anything be it mother fearing child, scientific facts that have been taken from Vanity Fair, shopping for Rs2000 bras, how women ask for 'things that should not be named' or identifying the salient features of engineering students. The woman has never refrained from speaking her mind out as she has an agenda of creating an equal world where both the genders have rights and freedoms which they enjoy responsibly.

She has hosted several editions of 'Sex and Sexuality' which is a live comedy show where comedian with mental illness and disabilities talks about myths and taboos. Not being scared of talking about any issue that has harassed India and the world in general, she has always come up with the prominent issues in her YouTube web series 'Bad Girls'. She started web series in 2017 that became a platform for unconventional women who have done excellent jobs and incredible works in their field, establishing women and empowering them. She also has her own Netflix stand up special titled ‘Things they would not let me say'. In this net series, she talks openly about instances related to sexual harassment.

With her alter ego of Dr. Mrs. Latch Auki, she dares to impart some sex education tips too. In her latest special episode on Netflix 'Girl meets Mic', she had a conversation about discrimination and misogyny.
