Neha Kakkar has become a household name in India owing to her chartbuster songs like Garmi, Aankh Marey, Dilbar, O Saki Saki, and many more. The singer has come a long way from singing devotional songs in her small-town to become Bollywood’s sensational singer.
Meanwhile, Neha Kakkar has a piece of advice to the budding singers who are trying to make it big in the entertainment industry. She said that singers don’t get their due credit but stressed that it is important for them to be seen these days. The ‘Garmi’ singer said, “Wherever there are singers, they get mentioned whenever the credits come. “It has become important to be seen also.”
To sum up Neha’s advice, she has to say that the budding singers should make themselves visible because people won’t recognize them if they are visually not present.
Clarifying the same, Neha said, “When they don’t see you, they don’t know you. So, it has become very important for singers to be seen. As (far as) singer credit (goes), we, of course, get it. Now, social media is very important.”
On the work front, Neha Kakkar featured in a song with rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh titled ‘Moscow Suka’. The song is a mixture of Punjabi and Russian languages.
Up next, Neha will be collaborating with brother Tony Kakkar once again. Speaking of the brother-sister duo’s song, Neha expressed that she is very excited about the same.
Talking about their latest song ‘Bheegi Bheegi’, Neha said, “When two musicians work together they need to have a certain level of comfort, and seeing that Tony bhaiyya and I have been in-sync since our childhood days, it is a great experience to work with him. He knows my capabilities and challenges me as an artiste so that we both push our boundaries to discover novelties in music.”
Recently, in an interaction Neha Kakkar revealed about how she deals with the negativity that comes her way and how she handles the internet trolls.
