Pavitra Rishta fame Ankita Lokhande fulfills Sushant Singh Rajput’s one of his wish, Ankita has planted saplings in memory of the late actor and ex-boyfriend.
Going by her social media post, the Manikarnika star was joined by her dog while planting the saplings.
Sharing some pictures, Ankita wrote, “Hatchi and mamma. My partner In almost everything, Planting plants Seedling. It’s our way to remember him by fulfilling his dream #plants4SSR.”
Her social media post comes a day after Sushant‘s sister Shweta Singh Kirti reminded the late actor’s fans about the campaign.
Shweta wrote, “And let’s not forget our tomorrow’s campaign #Plant4SSR. Can’t wait to see you guys planting trees for our beloved Sushant. What a wonderful constructive way to remember our Star by fulfilling his dreams.”

In addition to Ankita Lokhande, many fans took to Twitter to show that they contributed to fulfilling Sushant Singh Rajput’s wish.
One posted: “I planted this plants in memory of Sushant as his one of the dream. May his soul rest in peace. We will fight till we get justice for Sushant. #Plants4SSR.”
Even casting director Mukesh Chhabra took part in the campaign, he wrote, “Bhai ❤️ #plant4ssr #plants4ssr #❤️“
Sushant was found dead at his Mumbai home on June 14. Initially, Mumbai Police had said it was a case of suicide.
Previously, Ankita Lokhande reacted to the arrest of actress Rhea Chakraborty by the Narcotics Control Bureau, saying justice has been served.
NCB had been questioning Rhea for three days in connection with drugs-related allegations in the death probe Sushant Singh Rajput who was found dead at his residence on June 14.
Following this development, Ankita took to social media and wrote, “JUSTICE.”
She also shared an image, which reads, “Nothing happens by chance, by fate. You create your own fate by your actions. That’s Karma.”
Most of her fans have supported her but they are still waiting for the final closure. Rhea was dating Sushant before his death in June. Things are not all well between her and his family. Sushant’s father K.K. Singh has alleged that he was murdered by Rhea.
