In a recent study by the reputed research firm Chrome OTT published by MediaBrief, two of ALTBalaji’s shows have featured in the Top 10 Shows in India for the 26th week of 2021. Broken But Beautiful 3, and Puncch Beat 2 have featured in the top 10 list, which is based on the viewership trends of 574 Million Indian internet users.
It is worth mentioning that Broken But Beautiful 3 was released on May 27, and despite over a month since it started streaming, the show is still going strong. The third season of the top-rated series starred Sidharth Shukla, who, along with Sonia Rathee made his digital debut.
On the other hand, Puncch Beat 2 was released on June 27 and is the current favorite of the youth. Puncch Beat 2 is a college drama with a murder mystery interlaced within. It stars Priyank Sharma, Siddharth Sharma, Khushi Joshi, Harshita Gaur, Samyuktha Hegde, Kajol Tyagi, Nikhil Bhambri, Samir Soni, Niki Aneja Walia, and others.
Both the shows have a loyal fan base and their latest seasons are a validation of the same. Interestingly, ALTBalaji is the only Indian platform with two Indian originals making their mark on this coveted list. ALTBalaji known for churning out relatable content across genres has proved their mettle yet again.
