Ex Bigg Boss contestant and actor Ajaz Khan who was recently arrested for spreading communal hatred through a new video on Twitter has been granted bail. In the video, Ajaz Khan was using indecent language and speaking about the on-going pandemic. Later, some netizens raised objection and had started trending #ArrestAjazKhan on Twitter. Ajaz was taken into custody by the Khar police station, under section 153A and others of the IPC for promoting enmity among communities last and yesterday he was out on bail. After getting bail, the actor took to his social, in which he thanked his followers, he wrote, “Thank you for all your prayers & good wishes. Justice has been prevailed. My gratitude to my lawyers Nazneen Khatri and Zoheb Shaikh.” This is not the first time Ajaz was on the news, last year the actor posted two objectionable video regarding lynching incident in Jharkhand and another mocked police, while back in 2018, he was arrested in a Mumbai Hotel by Anti-Narcotics Cell for consuming ecstasy tablets.
