In the last few years many renowned actors, musicians, and famous celebrities from the Indian film industry have lost their lives to heart attacks. From Sidharth Shukla to Siddhaanth Vir Surryavanshi many actors who have been the “fitness inspiration” for their fans have lost their lives from sudden cardiac arrest due to their regressive hyper-gyming schedule and lifestyle. The sudden demise of the actors has caused a huge debate among their fans on growing mental health issues and hyper-gymming. Here’s is the list of the most recent tragic deaths of celebrities who lost their lives after suffering massive heart attacks-
- Sidharth Shukla
One of the most shocking and sudden death to date remains of Sidharth Shukla who passed away at the age of only 40years after suffering a cardiac arrest. The Balika Vadhu actor succumbed to a heart attack on 2 September last year. Many reports suggested that the reason behind the sudden cardiac arrest remained his regressive workout regime. Many reports revealed that the doctors had asked the actor to go slow on his exercise and workout regime.
2. Raju Srivastava
Yet another sudden death remains of comedian Raju Srivastava who passed away on 21st September this year after suffering a cardiac arrest during his workout hours at his gym.
Bollywood singer KK passed away after suffering a heart attack post his musical concert in Kolkata on May 31 this year. Unlike Raju Srivastava and Sidharth Shukla, the reason behind KK’s heart attack was reported to be excessive excitement and exhaustion that caused a stoppage of blood flow leading to cardiac arrest that claimed his life.
4. Siddhaanth Vir Surryavanshi
Another actor who passed away during their gyming regime remains the television actor Siddhaanth Vir Surryavanshi who collapsed at his gym after he suffered a massive heart attack during his gyming session. It was reported that the doctors tried to revive the actor for almost 40 minutes but he was declared dead. Siddhaanth was only 46 years old, and the sudden demise of the actor has sparked health concerns among his fans.
5. Puneeth Rajkumar
And just like Sidharth Shukla, Raju Srivastava and Siddhanth, Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar also passed away last year after suffering a fatal heart attack during his gymming hours. Puneeth passed away in October last year while he was working out at his gym.
Meanwhile, many recent studies have now found that high-intensity exercise can increase the risk of sudden cardiac arrest. The recent deaths of these celebrities have undoubtedly sparked a debate among their fans over gym workouts and heart attacks. Not only hyper-gymming but the use of excessive steroids also contribute to cardiac arrest.
