Jojo Rabit director-actor Taika Waiti slipped a few titbits about Thor: Love and Thunder, which will see Chris Hemsworth reprise his role as the God of Thunder, alongside Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster, and Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie, who is settling into her new role as the ruler of Asgard.
Waiti took to Instagram where he provided a live commentary of his film Thor: Ragnarok with Tessa, where he also shared concept art of his next film which includes a look at Thor’s companion Miek along with a glimpse of New Asgard. Further, he confirmed that Silver Surfer will not be in the film, but wouldn’t comment on who Christian Bale was portraying.

Mark Ruffalo later replaced Thompson on the live video, but they mostly joked around and played with the split-screen video feature. Ever since Marvel announced Phase 4, there’s one question fans desperately wanted an answer, Will the new Thor feature Tom Hiddleston’s Loki?
However, he didn’t reveal much, but he stated, “Oh, ye… I can’t say. If I had wanted to kill Loki for some reason, I would ask about it and Marvel might have told me that they needed him for Infinity War. That’s how I usually find out about the stuff that’s coming up.”

Waititi also shared a fake script, which visualizes an entertaining act between Thor and the resurrected Tony Stark. However, talking about his return in MCU it’s almost impossible for him to appear or we might get a glimpse of him in the flashback scenes.
