In a conversation with Filmfare, Shabaan Azmi was asked whether her stance on the idea of love has changed over the years. The legendary actress responded by stating that girls in the past enjoyed love tales. She was never that way, though. Instead, she said that the friendship that had begun as a romance between her parents and her had inspired her. As a result, she appreciates friendship and the fundamental components of a relationship.
In addition, the 72-year-old veteran actress revealed she and her husband, Javed Akhtar, used to get into heated arguments with the intent to kill one another. But because of how close their friendship was, even their marriage couldn’t sabotage it. She added that because they are similar as people, they ultimately comprehend each other’s worldviews better than anyone else. In light of the fact that her friendship with Javed is what matters most.
