Sonu Sood To Arrange Free Medical Camps Across India On The Occasion Of His Birthday

Sonu Sood will organise free medical camp across India on the occasion of his birthday on July 30. He has been quite active in helping the migrant workers amid the lockdown.

Amid the lockdown, actor Sonu Sood has emerged as the superhero for the needy people. He has been a saviour for thousands of people during these tough times and each one of them is eternally grateful to Sood.

Sonu Sood at first started with the simple act of distributing free food to the needy and later went on to achieve the bigger mission of helping migrant workers who have been stranded in the city because of the lockdown. He also has been quite active on his social media handles, replying to the tweets of the people who are asking for his help.

The real-life hero turned a year old today and to celebrate this special occasion, he has planned to arrange free medical camps across India. Speaking of the same, Sonu said that he is expecting nearly 50, 000 people to actively participate in this noble initiative.

According to the reports, Sonu has been co-ordinating with the gram panchayats and mukhiyas of the rural areas, to help set up the medical camp. The actor also has been in touch with doctors from Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Orissa to ask them to be a part of the campaign. These camps will provide free of cost medical checkups and other health-related facilities.

Speaking of Sonu Sood’s noble gesture, the actor arranged private buses to help the migrant workers reach their homes, he also arranged a flight to fly the stranded women migrant workers to Orissa from Kerala.

Sonu even met Maharashtra’s Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Aaditya Thackeray to discuss relief efforts for migrant workers.
