Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan was seen on Monday, showering praises at India’s PM Narendra Modi’s recent launch of the WAVES Summit 2025. The actor took to his social media to pen down a short appreciation note on his vision for the media and entertainment sector, as he showed strong support for the upcoming World Audio Visual Entertainment (WAVES) 2025 summit.
King Khan took to his X and wrote, “It is with great anticipation that I look forward to WAVES – a film and entertainment world summit – to be held in our country itself. For the unversed, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday, December 29th announced the launch of the World Audio Visual Entertainment (WAVES) Summit, emphasizing on making India a hub of global content creation. While announcing about the same in the recent episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’, Modi said, “Next year, for the first time, the World Audio Visual Entertainment Summit (WAVES) will be held in our country. At this summit, leading figures from the media and entertainment industry, along with individuals from the creative sector, will gather in India. This event is a significant step towards establishing India as a hub for global content creation. I am proud to share that young creators will also be participating in this summit.”
Akshay Kumar Showers Praises On Narendra Modi
Besides SRK, Akshay Kumar also heaped praises of PM Modi on the same. He too penned down a note on his social media with a text that read, “Now this is PM @narendramodi ji’s vision towards promoting the Media & Entertainment sector. Quite a wonderful idea. Waves 2025 summit will hopefully be a fabulous global forum to have the entire entertainment industry come and grow together“.
