Something is just not siting right with the comedian Kapil Sharma, as he continues to face consistent backlash for her comedy show. From receiving hate from OG scriptwriters and actors like Mukesh Khanna and more to now Salman Khan’s production team dissociating themselves with them – The iconic Kapil Sharma Show is in headlines since a long time. Recently The Great Indian Kapil Show started streaming on Netflix. Reportedly, the show was sent a legal notice for disrespecting Rabindranath Tagore’s legacy. When headlines began to claim that Salman Khan’s proudction team is behind this as well, the members have clearly backed off making their stance very clear.

Representatives of SKTV released an official statement where they mentioned that they have no association with The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show. The statement read, “Certain sections of the media are reporting that Salman Khan / SKTV have also received the notice, which is incorrect as we are not associated with The Great Indian Kapil Show on Netflix.”
Why Fans Speculated SKTV Associating With The Great Indian Kapil Show?
This speculation came out probably because of the production house’s linkup with the comedy show that streamed on SONY TV previously. After the show went off-air, SKTV has not offered any production services to the show and the show is completely between the Netflix and Kapil Sharma. Meanwhile, Salman Khan seems to be busy in his shoot in Hyderabad for the upcoming film Sikandar.
Comedian Kapil Sharma’s show ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ received a legal notice from Bongo Bhashi Maha Foundation. They claimed that this comic talk show, somehow disrespects the legendary Rabindranath Tagore’s legacy, risking offending cultural and religious sentiments. The show recently got a lot of hate when comedian Sunil Grover asked filthy questions in the name of ‘comedy’ to actress Triptii Dimri. These questions were in regards to her bold scenes opposite Ranbir Kapoor in the film Animal. Fans passed extreme disgust and disappointment on the very episode.
