Pushpa 2 Vs. Chhava: Clash Issues Resolved! Vicky Kaushal Film To Get A NEW Release Date

Film Chhava's production is nearing to an end, and is almost ready to hit the theatres anytime sooner. However, as several reports suggest - the makers are getting very particular before they choose a release date in order to ensure that the audience gets enough time to watch out the movie in the theatres.

After the biggest clash witnessed between Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, viewers were to see another grand clash in the coming month of December. The highly popular sequel of Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa:The Rise is soon to hit theatres on December 5th. The much awaited Pushpa 2 or, Pushpa: The Rule that was earlier supposed to be released on December 6th was shifted to a day prior, elating the fans to the core. However, fans grew confused as they saw another film featuring Vicky Kaushal to clash with the movie.

Vicky Kaushal starrer Chhava was set to release on 6th December this year, however, recent reports suggest that the film is now gearing up for a new release date. Chhava aims to be releasing separately on a new date next year. Mid-day informed on Wednesday that Vicky Kaushal’s historical drama is looking forward to avoid any clashes with Pushpa 2. The makers are looking out for a release date in the early weeks of January 2025, as it does not want to divide its viewership ratio.

The official announcement of the new release date for Chhava is not revealed, however the clash issues between Pushpa 2 and Chhava is now resolved. Directed by Laxman Utekar, Chhava is a historical drama about the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the eldest son of the Maratha Empire’s founder. Vicky Kaushal stars as Sambhaji Maharaj, while Rashmika Mandanna takes on the role of Yesubai, his wife. The cast also includes Divya Dutta as Soyarabai, Sambhaji’s stepmother, and Akshaye Khanna as the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, adding depth to this historical tale.
