After Rupali Ganguly filed a defamation suit against her stepdaughter Esha Verma, the consequences scaring the girl surely shut her negativity-filled arrogance down. But another celebrity Payal Rohatgi has risen above to call out the Anupamaa actor for her ill-deed. Payal Rohatgi questioned Rupali about her financial status and sarcastically asked if she is broke that she had to demand for a whopping 50 crore amount as a defamation fee.
Payal Rohatgi SLAMS Rupali Ganguly For Demanding 50 Crores
Known for her numeorus controversies in the past, Payal Rohatgi never keeps shut when she finds something is just not right as per her own perspective. The TV star took to her instagram story to lash out at Rupali Ganguly for seeking huge money as damage control from Esha Verma. Further, Payal in her penned-note also wronged Rupali for being in an extra marital affair with Ashwin while he was in his own second marriage with Esha’s mom. Payal cryptically writes, “Whatever your truth Rupali but you did marry a guy who was married when you met him. It’s called karma when u do what u do to the earlier wife. The daughter of the earlier wife will have her narrative.”
As she continued to extend her support towards Esha Verma, Payal also suggested that instead of putting a defamation of this large price, she could have simply resolved her matter by taking it to the court with proofs and evidences. It did not end her as Payal Rohatgi in a way mocked out at her integrity for seeking 50 crores from a 26 year old girl. She remarked, “U are broke? Do you all even understand what is 50 crores working in serials?”
Rupali – Esha Verma Controversy
This post by Payal was nothing but a huge slap on Rupali Ganguly’s face. As soon as the story came out, it went viral and gained a lot of traction. While Rupali continued to stay silent on the entire matter before charging a defamation case, Esha Verma accused her of physically,mentally and emotionally torturing her and her mom. She also accused Rupali of sleeping on her mother’s bed and giving out wrong medications to his father Ashwin K Verma, while he was already in a happy marriage.
As soon as the defamation case was lodged against Esha Verma, she turned down her twitter handle. Post deletion of the account, Esha also removed the video where she addresses the allegations she has made against her father Ashwin and Rupali.
