Yet again YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav has again found himself in the middle of another controversy. Well according to the Times of India, a police complaint has been lodged against Elvish Yadav for allegedly taking photos within the Kashi Vishwanath temple complex. Prateek Kumar Singh, an advocate from the Varanasi sessions court, reportedly filed the complaint.
The advocate asserted in his letter that Elvish Yadav’s actions have sparked allegations of bias against the authorities, as taking pictures inside the temple complex is strictly prohibited. Singh emphasized that the use of mobile phones and cameras is banned within the temple premises and has called on the police to take action against Elvish.
However, many fans have rallied behind Elvish Yadav, asserting that he is being unfairly targeted. They highlighted that other Bollywood and TV celebrities have not faced charges for taking pictures at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Supporters argued that Elvish is being singled out to boost TRP.
Elvish Yadav’s Controversies
However, this is not the first time that the YouTuber has found himself in hot water. Currently, Elvish is also under investigation for his alleged involvement in the Noida Snake Venom Case. Earlier this week, Yadav appeared at the Enforcement Directorate (ED) office in Lucknow regarding the matter.
As he approached the office, he was surrounded by the media, who pressed him for a response to the allegations. Elvish evaded their questions, stating that since the matter is sub-judice, he preferred not to comment. He mentioned that he would have more information after speaking with the ED officials. “I have submitted what they asked for; now it’s up to them. I can’t keep repeating the same thing,” he told the press, according to videos circulating on X.
