Glee fame actress Naya Riveria was confirmed dead after she went missing on July 9, 2020, while on a boat ride with son Josey Hollis Dorsey. Riveria’s body was recovered in a Southern California lake earlier this month. The news of her death sent shockwaves across Hollywood and everyone sent condolences to her surviving family.
Naya Rivera’s former husband Ryan Dorsey has now broken his silence and has expressed his grief after losing his wife. He said that no words will do justice to his sorrow. Dorsey took to his Instagram handle to remember his late wife. The former couple has a son together, who was with Naya the day she went missing.
Dorsey wrote, “This is so unfair…There’s not enough words to express the hole left in everyone’s hearts. I can’t believe this is life now. I don’t know if I’ll ever believe it. You were just here…We were just in the back swimming with Josey the day before. Life just isn’t fair. I don’t know what to say.”
The actor further continued by saying that he’s thankful for their time together and the journey that brought them together. He also said he thankful for their sweetest and kindest smart little boy they had ever hoped for.

Ryan then recalled, “I remember sometimes you used to get annoyed at me: Ryan can you stop snap chatting!’ Haha. I’m glad I didn’t listen to you because I have hundreds and probably thousands of snaps and videos that Josey will have forever and know his momma loved him more than life, and how much fun we had together as he was growing up.”
Dorsey concluded by saying, “Life is all about good times and bad times but with Josey it makes the bad a little less so because a part of you will always be with us. He’ll never forget where he came from. We miss you. We will always love you. Love you Meep.”
Ryan Dorsey further thanked everyone for supporting him during this tough time. For the unversed, Ryan Dorsey and Naya Rivera tied the knot in 2014 and then decided to part their ways in 2016. They finalised their divorce in 2018.
