Annihilation actor Natalie Portman is very excited to take on the avatar of Mighty Thor in an upcoming instalment of the superhero franchise. Natalie is all set to return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe with Taika Waititi’s Thor: Love and Thunder. The film sees her become the first female to play the superhero Thor. Reportedly, Portman’s version of Thor is not considered Lady Thor but rather The Mighty Thor, “She’s actually The Mighty Thor,” the actress told Serena Williams in a recent Instagram Live session. “The comics had the female Thor when Jane becomes Thor, and she’s The Mighty Thor,” she added.
