On Friday, Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya carried out their haldi rituals. The coupled kicked off the pious pre-wedding ritual with utmost grace. Several pictures and videos from the couple’s Mangala snanam (haldi ceremony) have been doing the rounds on social media. While Sobhita’s pictures showed her all jollied up in a traditional yellow saree surrounded by friends and family. She, next chose to ditch the generic yellow-saree theme post her ceremonial bath, and sported a vibrant red saree thereafter. Chay in his subtle ‘kurta-pyjama look’ equally cherished the special moments carried by the two and their family members at the occasion.
As revealed earlier, the Sobhita-Chay wedding will take place in Hyderabad’s Annapurna Studios, on December 4th this year. The two have together decided to hold a purely traditional and old-school wedding with all the rituals followed as per the religious terms.
