Miranda Kerr congratulated ex-Orlando Bloom and his fiancée Katy Perry on the arrival of their daughter Daisy Dove by commenting on their Instagram snaps and expressing love
Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr showed they share a good bond even after break up and have no bad blood for each other.
The couple announced the baby news via UNICEF – an official statement that announced the birth on Wednesday, August 26.
“Welcome to the world, Daisy Dove Bloom!” UNICEF’s Instagram post’s caption began. “We are honoured to introduce Goodwill Ambassadors @KatyPerry and @OrlandoBloom’s new bundle of joy.”
Katy and Orlando’s newborn baby girl Daisy is the pair’s first child together, whereas Orlando is already a dad to 9-year-old son, Flynn Bloom, with ex-wife Miranda.
Although in the seven years following their separation Orlando and Miranda have been busy with thier own lives apart, they are continually proving to be comfortable co-parents.
This is evident because as and when Orlando took to Instagram to share the good news about the arrival of a baby girl.
Aussie model reacted to the news by “liking” her ex’s post.
Miranda Kerr then congratulated ex-Orlando Bloom and fiancée Katy Perry more directly by commenting on Katy’s post, “I’m so happy for you guys. Can’t wait to meet her.”
Fans are loving Miranda’s act of kindness and have even branded her the “queen of co-parenting”.
Orlando and Miranda divorced back in 2013 but they have kept a healthy and “friendly” relationship.
While talking about son Flynn who is officially has a younger sister with Daisy’s arrival Orlando told Jimmy Fallon, “He has a few other brothers, but this is his first sister so … he’s really excited.”
“It’s an exciting moment,”he added.
Miranda is also a mother to sons Hart, 2, and 10-month-old Myles, with husband Evan Spiegel.
In the meantime, Mum Katy and her future husband are “floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter.”
